Modules include but are not limited to email subject lines, email preview text, text blocks, images, and calls-to-action. Multiple versions of each module are created using pre-approved content to allow for personalized messaging. When modules are combined, they create a cohesive and complete email. This fully formed email is a dynamic email.

The Results

A 12.2% increase in medication adherence

With regular emails there are fewer opportunities for personalization. However, going to dynamic modular emails gave the client more ways to personalize content.

For the patients who received AI-enabled dynamic emails, the brand’s medication adherence rate was 87.8% compared to the population who received regular static emails who had an adherence rate of 78.3%.
